Cabernet Sauvignon "Jupiter"
Classics like the Cabernet Sauvignon stand the test of time and shine like most wines grown on Swiss soil. Our Cab, from our family's winner of Domaine du Centaure, is no exception but an excellent example of how traditional grapes can thrive outside of California and France. This wine will leave a nice tingly finish and have you craving more.
Bouquet: A bold and elegant duality on the nose with cedar, tobacco, and fresh fruits of cherry and currants.
Palate: Well-balanced, this wine has exquisite notes of plum, cherry, dark chocolate, and peppery undertones. It has a smooth, oaky finish that isn't overpowering to the palate. Every sip begs to be followed up by another.
Pairings: Like most Cabernets, this wine has the body and tannins to slice into fat. It pairs beautifully with steak and game but doesn't demand it.
